The Widmanns

The uncles came out from L.A. and the O.C. to visit us in the 909.

A good time was had by all.

We had Easter with Guy, Yvonne, and kids. Ruby had her dress to show off and we had some bunny ears to pass around. The easter bunny brought a basket for Ruby. Yvonne made some yummy cupcakes with peeps on top.

Mommy and Ruby go to class on fridays to hang out with other babies and their moms.

Sunday we took Ruby on a drive to Fuddruckers for Kris’s birthday. It was the farthest we have taken her so far. She took it pretty well but needed a long time to recover after we got home. It felt good taking her out. Ruby got to meet many friends that we hadn’t seen for a while.

It was good visiting with everyone.

Ah… the joys of birthdays.

It was also a ‘kind of’ saying goodbye to Steve and Kristin, since they’ll be moving to Oregon soon. We’ll miss you guys! Don’t forget to write and visit often.

Uncle Larry, Aunt Terry, and cousin Mindy came over this weekend. We had some BBQ’d food, a bunch of chicken and beef kabobs and some chicken filets. Yummy. (It was my 4th time cooking on a BBQ… I know, it’s late in life but I like it.) It was great hanging out and visiting. Terry, Mindy, and I went on a little walk around town. We’re looking forward to meeting more family in July.
